The Pole Sessions (Membership) is offered at three levels that include Basic, Intermediate, and Advance pole dance classes. Once a student successfully completes one level which typically takes 2-3 months, the student can move on to the next level.

Unlike our competitors who focus on quantity over quality, our public courses never allow for more than 5 students per class, this ensures every student is provided adequate attention by one of our highly skilled instructors.

The Basic Pole Dance Sessions are suitable for the first time students to the art of pole dancing. This is a 4 week program. The package cost $180.

The Intermediate Pole Dance Sessions are suitable for the student that has completed the basic pole sessions course. This is a 4 week program that introduces students to more pole maneuvers and spins. The package cost $235.

The Advance Pole Dance Sessions are suitable for the student that has completed the intermediate pole sessions course. This is a 4 week intensive program that introduces students to more complicated pole maneuvers, contortions, and spins. The package cost $295.

The benefits of these programs include improved upper and lower body strength, improved flexibility, increased stamina, and body toning. Students are provided guidance from a knowledgeable instructor and program include tracking of student progress through before and after pictures, weight tracking, and custom measures.
