We do not guarantee any delivery time but will do our best to ship order quickly. Typically items leave our warehouses within 4 – 7 business days. Depending on your distance from our warehouse and shipping option chosen will drive the delivery timeframe. We will keep you up to date on your order status.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Returns for any reason other than defective products are subject to 15% handling and restocking fee.

Steps for Return of Item:

1 - Notify us by e-mail at info@ruapoleforma.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.

2 - Once you notify us, you will be provided instructions on next steps.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns depending on the circumstance. R U A Pole’forma? has the final say in approving/denying the return claim.

No Credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering, or excessive wear. R U A Pole’forma? reserves the right for the final judgment in this situation.

Q. How Do I Make An Exchange?

A. We do not "technically" make exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please follow above return procedures, and you will be issued a refund, which you may use to purchase any items of your choice.

DETAILS All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. Items returned MUST be in NEW, UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. Damaged packaging (original manufactures box) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark or tape original box in any way. We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.

Failure to notify us within a 7 day period will result in refusal of your return. We will not refund the cost of shipping or handling, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Original manufactures box and or packaging MUST be shipped back with an outside carton to protect original packaging.

It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrives damaged, due to shipping. We process returns ASAP, however allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. All authorized returns that meet above terms will result in a refund to the credit card or debit card used for the original purchase.

Services (e.g. pole sessions, pole parties) purchased on our website are non-refundable.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Refused shipments are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus additional freight charges incurred.
