Job Title: Pole Dance / Lap Dance Instructors (Women Only)

General Purpose of Position:
Our team of Pole Dance Instructors work to provide entertaining and educational athletic programs for our members. The responsibilities of the dance instructor include leading women pole dance classes and pole party entertainment.

Utilizing your excellent customer service skills and passion for dance in this exciting position!
• Create a fun and enthusiastic environment to engage members in a wide variety of exciting pole and lap dance activities
• Facilitate organized activities and ensure members are active and interested
• Explain, demonstrate, and supervise activities for participants
• Respond to Member inquiries regarding R U A Pole’forma? policies and procedures
• Articulate extensive knowledge of R U A Pole’forma? while utilizing your sales ability to promote all products and services

Qualifications:
• Attained a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior Pole dance and lap dance experience.
• A year or more of experience with dance instruction.
• Previous group exercise/aerobic instruction experience desired.
• Ability to create or update a dance course curriculum.

Job Title: Sales Associate (Women Only)

General Purpose of Position:
Female Sales Associates are required for sales positions with R U A Poleforma in Atlanta. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Sales Associates will be selling company merchandize at ladies-only events, parties, and gatherings at various locations throughout the Atlanta metro area.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Maintaining solid product knowledge.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Assist in ringing up sales and/or bagging merchandise.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management.


Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
• Ability to communicate with associates and customers
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and task


Requirements:
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights and weekends as needed
• Play an on-call back-up to other Sales Associates when required
• Reporting to work on time
